Day 13 Getting to Ørebro

Breaky was one of the best! It had everything and all cooked perfectly! Thanks Mr Hotel  for a wonderful stop.

So, first stop off is to see AJ - and after the pretty amazing breaky we headed off to Oslo to meet up and say hello - not seen him for a couple of years so it was just lovely to meet.

 The ride down through Norway and into Sweden was very pleasant. Sweden proved to be much nicer than maybe we had anticipated - certainly the prices of everything were so much better. Petrol, tea/coffee, trough - everything! Flat as ever, but just a pleasure to ride through.

Got to the hotel and bloomin' heck what a stunning place to stay at. It looked good on the Booking.com site, but it beat expectations by a mile. The rooms were brilliant, bar and restaurant outstanding and the staff, top notch! - the only downside was that we had to park the bikes away from the hotel, in public parking for 2 days - as it happened it was completely safe and protected so all was fine!!!

P&C's room is in the turret at the top of the hotel - fab-u-lous!

This hotel offered all inclusive food in the price, which seemed to be a good offer - well, actually it was an excellent choice as the food was gorgeous and we could keep going back for as much as we wanted. Beers and wine extra obvs, but that was it! Loved it and it was certainly floating our boat - a beautiful hotel, great food, really excellent value for money; must come to Sweden again!

We would recommend this hotel and the town completely - what a beautiful place, totally unexpected and a great stop over for a couple of days, including having a day off.
