Day 16 Getting to Flensbürg

Must say, the breakfast was certainly one of the best we had - there was loads of different tables with an array of delights on each table - probably won't need lunch after this munch!! Coffee was good too!
Well, when I say no lunch, what I meant was no lunch unless we found a little café that did stuffed sausages in a baguette. Excellent scruffy little place, but absolutely no idea where we were... All I remember it was a little petrol station at the side of the road that did quick and dirty food.
This was another little stop over for a quick drink - extremely friendly place with very rough looking locals'. Had some great signs on the walls - couldn't capture them all, but most were certainly poignant!
Whilst the west coast of Denmark was flat, it turned out to be lovely riding mainly along the coast roads, so the sea was in view all the way. A little unremarkable and not really too memorable, so won't make a habit of riding it again, but nonetheless still quite enjoyable seeing different places.

Crossed the border into Germany - The hotel must have been 20 meters across the border, so went from very expensive, to "ah - that's better" for the cost of beer and wine. The hotel was Ok, albeit a bit strange and after a mini brawl with Mrs C about the state of tyres and whether they should be changed or not, we settled into a nice evening meal and few beers - did go for a Barolo, so that wasn't on the cheap list but was less expensive then we'd being paying over the last 2 weeks.
Breakfast was "Bobbins" though! Very dry and pretty bland; Bacon felt like it had been there for a few days!! So we'll deffo be needing some lunch me thinks...
